Designation: Web Designer (UI/UX)

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
- Testing and improving the design of the website.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
- Working with different content management systems.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wire-frames.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.

**Job Description**:

- Has worked on responsive sites, using bootstrap or similar frameworks.
- Has strong UI ability to provide design suggestions to layouts.
- Create PSDs for the visual layout of web pages and convert each design into HTML and CSS
- Maintain and update all jQuery plugins for the website
- Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as needed
- Knowledge of WordPress and other frameworks added advantage
- Have good knowledge about creating a design system and implementation
- Knowledge about Information architecture and user journey map creation.
- Good knowledge about color theory also

Skills Required:

- Must be good with HTML/HTML 5, CSS, CSS3,
- Bootstrap, UI Design,
- Jquery, JavaScript, Photoshop
- Experience: editing software like photoshop, adobe XD, illustrator, Figma, Zeplin
