
Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients to showcase our products/services and address their needs.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory. Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and share best practices.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the team to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales processes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in field sales or a similar role
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
