**We've launched "WAVES CAFFÈ" a specialty coffee bar experience at Waves Gym and are looking for talented Baristas with experience to join our team.** - **19 Years**_ of service to the fitness community in Mumbai. We have no qualms in calling ourselves the best gym plus cafe in Andheri West. Latest fitness equipment. 10,000 sq. ft. of gym workout space. A brand new gym. Dedicated personal training and CrossFit Studio. Internationally certified personal trainers. We are the champions of fitness. We are Waves Gym. **Specific Responsibilities**: - Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. - Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions. - Sell coffee by explaining the differences between coffee beans. - Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following the prescribed recipe and SOP. - Generate revenue by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products. - Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar. - Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations. - Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks. - Enhance coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. **Required Skills**: - Excellent communication skills - Understands specialty coffee vs. instant coffee - Great customer focus and customer service - Must be punctual - Team player, good at people skills - Must be passionate about coffee **Benefits**: - Gym membership - House coffees - Work closely with the director of the company. - Fast learning experience - Mentorship & training **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Flexible shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400053, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Which coffee cafe have you worked in previously? **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required)
