**Role Overview**
We’re seeking a **Junior Graphic Designer Intern** with strong creative instincts and a passion for design. You’ll collaborate with our growing team to create compelling visuals for **digital, social, print, and packaging** projects. **Key Responsibilities**
- Design creative marketing materials for **digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and branding assets** while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Support multiple product brands by developing **eye-catching layouts, concepts, and artwork**.
- Prepare and present design ideas using **presentations, mood boards, and layout mockups**.
- Research current **design trends and visual innovations** to develop fresh creative ideas.
- Contribute to **social media and digital campaigns** through engaging design and visual storytelling.
- Manage and organize creative files, assist in **catalog development**, and maintain the **G-Suite design library**.
- Transform hand-drawn sketches into polished **digital designs and illustrations**.
- Stay updated with the newest **AI tools and design technologies** to streamline workflows.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts**, or any creative discipline.
- 0-1 year of professional design experience or a **strong internship/portfolio** demonstrating creative potential.
- Sound understanding of **color theory, typography, composition, and design principles**.
- Basic exposure to **web/UI design** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **video editing or motion graphics** tools will be an added advantage.
- Awareness of **creative KPIs / performance metrics** is preferred.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)**, **Canva**, and **Figma**.
- Familiarity with **AI-based design tools**.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- A proactive attitude, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well both **independently and collaboratively**.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic creative setup.
