**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**> Sales and Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their travel preferences and budget.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**> Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote them to customers.

**>Booking and Reservations**:

- Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to confirm reservations and secure the best rates for customers.

**> Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
