**Responsibilities**:

- Design and engineer scalable, reliable, and resilient software running in the cloud
- Analyze and monitor performance bottlenecks and key metrics to optimize software and system performance.as well as providing analytics and forecasts for cloud capacity, troubleshooting analysis, and uptime
- Participating in Pre-Sales tasks
- Undertake engineering excellence activities / events

**Requirements**:

- Should have strong experience of a couple of years, in leading DevOps team and planning, defining DevOps roadmap and executing as per the same along with the team
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions and vice versa
- Strong capability to mentor System Engineers 1-4
- Strong Delivery fundamentals
- Interviewing, Assessing System Engineers
- Running Technology Incubation Labs
- Strong Proven Leader and good Management fundamentals
- Ability to head a sub-discipline and grow the discipline
- Experienced in KPI driven environment
- Ability to manage pressure, expectations and meet targets / goals
- Experience / Exposure in technical and delivery management
- Ability to undertake and drive a cloud technology area
- Strong Delivery Management skills, and can take up DM role as an when required

**Nice to have**:

- Hands on skills in scripting or coding with modern languages like Python
- Application development experience
