Job Location

**Job description**
- Adequate control plan for products made at Wire Rod Mill
- Develop Control Plan through Process flow
- FMEA route, jointly with Operations personnel
- Compliance to Control Plan
- Conduct audit of control plan compliance at defined frequency.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions on findings
- Compliance to product testing and inspection plan
- Prepare and document inspection and testing plan for the products being manufactured based on process capability and customer requirement.
- Ensure compliance and timely clearance of FG.
- Conduct dock audits on product conformance
- Resolution of customer complaints
- Investigate customer complaint in products made at Wire Rod Mill; identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
- Audit CAPAs for past complaint at specific intervals
- Quality MIS
- Develop and implement MIS for quality performance for products made at Wire Division.
- Identify specific opportunities for improvement in product/process quality,
- Compliance to QMS
- Ensure compliance to QMS requirements of QA function
- Ensure compliance to Lab QMS (IS/ISO17025) requirements as applicable.

**Skill**:

- Operations, for final inspection and clearance of material
- Marketing Sales
- Supply Chain, for quality of Billets / wire rods and other consummables
- Improvement Group for facilitating use of TQM tools.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
