Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flutter & MER(A)N Stack Mentor to join our team. This role is designed for a passionate developer who has a solid foundation in Flutter development and is proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React (or Angular), and Node.js. Your mission will be to provide expert guidance, mentorship, and real-world knowledge to our students, helping them to become proficient developers ready to tackle the challenges of the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized mentorship to students, including code reviews, feedback, and career advice, to facilitate their growth as developers.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to refine course content, ensuring it meets industry standards and the learning goals of our students.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Flutter and the MER(A)N stack to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Participate in community events, workshops, and webinars to promote our programs and engage with the tech community.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Flutter and the MER(A)N stack.
- Passionate about mentoring and coaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and inspiring students.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, given sufficient professional experience.
