**Job Role: QA Head**
- Oversee and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (cGMP, WHO, FDA, etc.).
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and processes to maintain product quality.
- Conduct internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Approve and review batch records, validation protocols, and quality control data.
- Monitor deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, R&D, and regulatory affairs to maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor the QA team to ensure adherence to company quality policies.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory guidelines and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Lead investigations for quality incidents and drive improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
