**KRA- Manager-Sales & Marketing**
1. Getting the complete knowledge of the Group, project and Vision of the Group within first 3 days after joining.
2. 24x7 always available on Mobile or Whatsapp to create and convert Business leads as we expect overseas Leads too.
3. Generating, Following up and converting each Business Leads
4. Calling and following up with each leads generated from Facebook or Instagram
5. Strategic planning for Business development and implementing them with approval from Management.
6. Business Development through Innovation and Creativity in all Media.
7. Visiting Customer if required for Project Demo or relation building
8. Treating each leads seriously to generate Business whether they are from Social Media or Walk-in or from print Media or from radio or Television.
9. Building strong relationship with each existing or potential clients as Clients recommend more business every moment.
10. Maintaining Transparency during every Business Deals.
11. Maintaining integrity in Data Management and keeping the high safety of each leads generated or received from media
12. Evaluating the competitor strategies of Business development and making needful changed if required strategically.
13. Must have updated detailed Market study and various activities of competitors.
14. Business acquisition through PSUs, Industries or Institutional Sales
15. Planning events or Special Campaigns during festivals and important days.
16. Understanding the Organizational hierarchy maintaining the protocol
17. The Financial Implications must be strategic while making any deal making Business development as final criteria of decision.
18. Every day the Sales report must be submitted to Reporting management with planning for Next Day or Week.
19. Must Be dynamic and Self driven
20. Must have a very good track in Real Estate Sales
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
