Urgent Opening: Experienced Nutritionist Needed Our growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nutritionist to join our team immediately. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional guidance and support to our diverse patient population.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments to identify patients' dietary needs and develop personalized nutrition plans
- Educate patients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy eating habits to manage or prevent various medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Provide nutrition-related counseling and coaching to empower patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nutritional research and best practices to deliver evidence-based recommendations
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- **Required Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop personalized nutrition plans
- Proficiency in using nutrition-related software and electronic medical record systems

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
