**Position**: Investment Broking Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **1)Profile:

- Investment Broking Executive**

**There are 5 Different Profiles in the company:

- **

**A)Senior Manager (Only MBA,Male with 2 wheeler)**

**B)Role 1(BBA,MBA,Male/Female)**

**C)Role 2(BBA,MBA,Male/Female)**

**D)Role 3(BBA,MBA,Male/Female)**

**E)Role 4(BBA,MBA,Male/Female)**

**The Details for each profile is attached separately.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- As a Marketing Manager, the employee requires to perform the following duties and responsibilities: (a)Check and work on leads which comes daily online.

(b)Deal with client (Chatting,Calling,Meeting) and finalize the deal.

(c) Find respective broker to complete the deal from company’s existing broker list or add new.

(d)Take care of deal to get complete from that respective broker.

(e)Manage the deal process and completion.

(f)Visit the property site as and when required.

(g) Any other duties that may arise periodically, or assigned to the employee, and is related to the employment of the employee.

**B)Approach Real Estate Companies And Townships:

- 1)Contact Real Estate Companies And Townships to become their marketing partner.

2)Understand the process of becoming marketing partner.

3)Do all documentation and complete process to become partner.

4)Training And Support will be provided by the company.

**C)Team Making:

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- 1)Approach Property Brokers(Individual And Firms) of Indore and outside Indore as required.

2)Make them company’s Associates.

3)Allot work to them and make them complete the work.

4)Maintain database of such associates.

**D)Accounting**:

- **Duties and responsibilities:

- ** Maintain proper records for the transactions done by various clients

**2)Working Hours for job**:

- 11 AM To 8 PM Daily

Monday To Saturday

Sunday will be off

**3)Stipend**:

- **A)Fixed:

- **

**For all Profiles:

- **

Rs 1200/- per month for Post Graduates/ Graduates/Graduation And Post Graduation Pursuing Paid Monthly.

**B)Incentives:

- **

**1)For Senior Manager:

- **

**20% on his own net profit earned to the company.Paid Monthly.**

**++ 5% on the net profit earned by all other profiles under him/her(Min 4 Profiles). Paid Monthly.**

**2)For All Other Profiles:

- **

**20% of Net Profit earned by you for the company. Paid Monthly.**

Note:

- 1)Incentive will be given on net profit(Gross Profit - Company Expenses) per month.

2)Stipend will start 10 days after joining date.

**4)Facilities Provided by the company:

- **

a)System will be provided

b)Mobile Allowance

c)Wifi will be provided

d)Petrol Allowance will be provided.

6)Online interview will be conducted first and then Personal interview.
- **9)Duration of the Internship:
