**my121 is a 100% FOCUSED 1 TO 1 PERSONAL TRAINER AND DIETICIAN PROGRAM.**

Our mission is to assist people in reaching their health & weight goals by providing customized online fitness classes and diet counselling sessions that are tailored to their specific requirements.

We are looking for a Full-Time Personal Trainer who will work exclusively with us to manage all aspects of our client’s fitness journey.

**Responsibilities**
- Must be working exclusively with the Company on a Full-Time, Contract basis
- Job includes but is not limited to - Convert prospective customers to paid customers, Conduct Exercise classes throughout the jo urney of the customer with the Company.
- Expected to make yourself available to customers from 6am until 10pm - depending on the customers schedule for exercise classes.
- You are expected to maintain a minimum 24 working days a month.
- Over and above the Customer’s scheduled Classes, you are expected to Login to your system from 10am until 7pm to attend to prospective customers (Monday-Saturday).
- The Task Completion rate should be above 95% at all times, otherwise your compensation stands forfeited for that day.
- Your weekly off will be on Sunday.
- Must have a Mobile phone, an active/ uninterrupted internet connection and a separate SIM card to interact with customers

**Compensation**:
Salary upto: 45000 per month (Minimum guarantee
- 20000).

Content bonus of Rs. 5000 gives you an opportunity to build a solid relationship with the customer and earn off the goodwill generated. It includes social media posts, Customer video reviews etc. to be submitted to the Company. The bonus will be paid based on quality and quantity of Content generated and will be as per management discretion
