**Role Description**:

- Train student(s), teachers and clients based on various BeSingular curriculums.
- Manage student expectations, maintaining student schedule, instituting accountability measures, and addressing student motivation and performance issues, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of the participant’s performance, attendance, and other pertinent information.
- Serve as “sounding board” for student brainstorming and ideas.
- Serve as student role model by modeling productive work habits, positive attitude, and effective professional relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality according to regulations and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Must Have Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (TOEFL/IELTS standard required)
- Experience working with middle/high school youth and knowledge of child development.
- Tutoring or Teaching experience in a classroom, or other education setting.

**Must Have Technology Skills**:

- Proven experience of working on embedded systems like arduino, raspberry pi, eps8266 and ARM controller
- Understanding of hardware communication protocols is must
- Strong programming fundamentals in C/C++ is required
