We are looking for a versatile and passionate Graphic Designer and Social Media Handler who will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and engaging our audience across social media platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and multimedia content for various marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our audience.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will also be tasked with managing our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook. You will develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster meaningful connections with our audience. This will involve creating and curating content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling graphics and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create and curate content, including posts, stories, and videos, that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,773.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
