**Project Coordinator - Kharadi, Pune**

ESP Global Services are currently recruiting for Project Coordinator to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. We are looking for individuals who co-ordinate all projects and transactional activities on behalf of ESP and its customers and ensure that that delivery of these projects is implemented in line with project plans and agreed Service level Agreements. Manage and maintain the finances of the project. Identifying and reporting status updates and risk.

**About the role**
Working as a Project Coordinator you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer project teams and Service Delivery teams and co-ordinate all project and transactional activities and develop and sustain excellent customer relationships with ESP’s customers. Ensure that engineering resources are assigned to individual project activities and that they are fully briefed, have the required tools and instructions to complete the required work to the agreed quality and performance levels

You will receive and validate all engineering documentation on completion of project activity to ensure that the work has been completed on time and to the agreed quality. Produce monthly reports on performance on projects as requested and create and maintain all project profitability reporting.

**About you**
- Excellent resource scheduling experience is an absolute prerequisite
- Great communication skills, liaising directly with customer
- Computer literate - MS office expert level (excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
- Organised and Structured Attention to detail
- Experience working within a Prince 2 or AGILE environment
