**SKILL / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge on MS-Excel
- Basic exposure to SQL.
- Service Orientation: Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsibility: Operating with commitment, effectiveness and integrity; demonstrating capacity for effective action and accomplishment; assuming responsibility/accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks.
- Collaboration: Facilitating the achievement of team goals; identifying, developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate team and organizational goal achievement.
- Professional/Technical Knowledge: Having achieved a satisfactory level of professional/technical knowledge and/or skill in position‑related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
- Analysis: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for developing appropriate solutions.
- Communication: Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Being able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment
- Nice to have - good programming skills, knowledge of ERP databases, Selenium, UFT exposure.
- Must be a Good team player
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior Experience of working on any Industry standard or proprietary ETL tool is an advantage.
