**Job Title**: Visual Content Creator
**Reporting to**: Assistant Manager, Online Communications Department

**Job Overview**

As a Visual Content Creator at Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir (VCM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity by producing visually engaging and impactful content. Your daily tasks will focus on creating high-quality content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand language and guidelines, and resonating with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Understanding**

Collaborate with the team lead to thoroughly understand content requirements and objectives.
- **Multichannel Visual Content Creation**
- **Creative Brief Interpretation**

Translate creative briefs into visual content that aligns with the brand's vision and values.
- **Brand Guidelines Adherence**

Maintain a solid understanding of the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all content.
- **Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, and VFX**

Produce high-quality visual content encompassing photography, videography, graphic design, and VFX that reflects the brand’s distinctive style.
- **Industry Trends Awareness**

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate the quality and relevance of our visual content.
- **Photo and Video Shoot Management**

Conduct photo and video shoots, including planning, setup, and post-production editing.
- **Digital Asset Management**

Organize and manage digital assets to enhance accessibility for the wider team.
- **Ownership and Team Collaboration**

Take ownership of assigned tasks and actively contribute as a team player in larger projects and productions.

Track and measure engagement levels of visual content across platforms.

Ensure that all created content consistently adheres to established brand guidelines.

Meet deadlines reliably and take ownership of assigned tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
