Customer Support Executive

Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to concerned Teams in the company.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy.
- Actively engage and cross-sell the upcoming shows on STAGE OTT App.
- Collaborating with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards
**Skills Required**:
- 1+ years experience in customer service specializing in Inbound/Outbound support, ideally from an internet start-up/e-commerce background or OTT background
- Excellent proficiency in Haryanvi, Rajasthani & Hindi
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of the Customer First principle and committed to consistently delivering high-quality customer support.
**Salary**: ₹9,644.36 - ₹26,765.12 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
