**Job Title: SharePoint Designer**

**Rate: 7 to 9 LPA.**

**Multi-year contract position.**

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user-friendly SharePoint sites, subsites, and document libraries using SharePoint Designer workflows and user interface (UI) elements.
- Create and configure customizable workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency within the SharePoint environment.
- Develop and modify SharePoint forms using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer to capture and manage data effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
- Ensure proper navigation and information architecture within SharePoint sites for optimal user experience.
- Implement best practices for content management, version control, and metadata tagging within SharePoint.
- Maintain existing SharePoint sites and workflows, performing updates and bug fixes as needed.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in SharePoint technologies and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on navigating and utilizing SharePoint features.
- May assist with user training and documentation for new SharePoint deployments or functionalities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with SharePoint Designer.
- Proven ability to design and develop workflows using SharePoint Designer.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint site administration and configuration.
- Experience with InfoPath forms or other content creation tools a plus.
- Excellent understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sharepoint Design: 5 years (preferred)
- SharePoint site administration and configuration: 5 years (preferred)
