Position: Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Generation: Generate new leads and proactively identify potential customers in the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and individual learners. Use various sales techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, to drive sales growth.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential customers.
3. Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective customers to understand their educational needs and challenges. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions that align with their requirements, showcasing how our products can address their unique needs.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the education sector. Nurture long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
5. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our EdTech solutions. Customize presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
6. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities, leads, and customer interactions using a CRM system. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results.
7. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the EdTech sector. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
8. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
