**UI/UX Designer**

**Experience**: 0-3 years

**Responsibilities**
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Create and maintain design systems using **Figma**.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Support creative design needs for digital assets and marketing collaterals.

**Core Skills**
- Proficiency in **Figma** (wireframing, prototyping, components).
- Strong conceptualization & visualization skills.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to follow and maintain **brand guidelines**.

**Recommended Skills**
- Familiarity with **Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photopea**.
- Basic knowledge of motion design/animations.
- Awareness of frontend basics (HTML/CSS handoff).

**Requirements**:

- Strong design portfolio showcasing Figma work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
