Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Assistant. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support across various departments, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The Company Assistant will work closely with different teams, including sales, operations, and management, to ensure seamless coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Prepare and format various documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Operational Support:
- Provide support to the sales team, which may include assisting with lead generation, data entry, and client communication follow-ups.
- Assist with the coordination of TMT delivery schedules and liaison with logistics teams.
- Support project-related administrative tasks for construction activities.
- Help in organizing company events, workshops, or client meetings.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a first point of contact for general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
- General Assistance:
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
