1. Build and maintain strong relationships with the students (centre-based and online) and parents, regularly obtaining feedback regarding classes and services.

2. Ensure timely resolution of student concerns or issues.

3. Ensure accurate and timely updates of student information in the student management software and handle all related activities.

4. Assist in timely collection of fees dues from the students.

5. Weekly monitoring and follow-up with regular absentees and high-risk cases.

6. Act as a point of contact for students regarding placement-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.

7. Support in all student events such as convocation, placement training sessions, celebrations and student engagement activities.

8. Collaborate with the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and routine HR activities to streamline student-related staffing and support needs.

**Career Counselling - Filtration**:
1. Act as the first point of contact for students and clients, responding to both telephone and direct inquiries.

2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on the courses offered by the institution.

3. Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently.

4. Follow up on customer calls as necessary to resolve queries and provide additional support.

5. Maintain detailed call logs and prepare reports related to student and client interactions.

**Administration**:
1. Manage daily front office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

2. Ensure the general upkeep and effective administration of the office environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
