We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in Chandrapur. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to generate leads and convert them into clients for our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about our services and benefits
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels
- Answer client questions regarding our services, processes, and pricing
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in our database

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English is an advantage
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is beneficial

Pay: ₹12,388.60 - ₹32,920.21 per month
