**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, brew, and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the workstation.
- Take customer orders, handle billing, and ensure excellent guest service.
- Support food service operations and assist the front-of-house team when needed.
- Check and maintain equipment regularly; restock supplies like coffee beans, milk, and syrups.
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety protocols.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, milk frothing, and presentation.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Flexible, punctual, and willing to learn new recipes and techniques.
