What you will be doing:
- Managing the stockyard process and ensure smooth delivery of cars to the dealers
- Inspecting customer car and preparing inspection report at the stockyard to ensure there is no Inspection Miss(Raise IM proactively to the right stakeholders before delivery so that necessary action can be taken)
- Estimate the repair work needed by the used car & manage dealer backout process(if any)
- Handling all customer documents after the car is purchased by the Franchise store and ensuring smooth transit of purchased car from store to stockyard
- Cultivating successful relationships with retail team(Franchisee team) by completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner
- Support & Mentor IE of the Franchisee partner so that IMs are least and dealer back outs are bare minimum
- Individual will be required to do multitasking and operate between Franchisee Store and Stockyard hence ‘Action for Bias’, Hustling attitude is a must
- Do regular inventory health check(Preventive) for the cars kept in stockyard and constantly follow up with the dealers to pick the cars on time (Ensure inventory days are under 4-5 days)
Who we’re looking for
- Prior used car market experience would be an add on advantage.
- Experience in service industry or used car market is a must.
- Good knowledge on existing and upcoming model/variants is desired
- Strong customer handling & Communication skills
- Strong business judgment to be able to evaluate market price of the car based on its condition and other factors such as depreciation, model, etc.
- Strong technical expertise in understanding of engine, parts/ components, and everything technical.
- Experience in the after-sales with a trusted OEM (Honda, Hyundai, GM, Toyota, BMW etc)
