Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead and manage a large team of 150-200 members, including 7-8 team leads.
- Ensure effective task allocation, inventory management, and seamless team coordination.
- Monitor team performance, attrition, and absenteeism while implementing improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to LLM prompt generation and data analysis.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and availability, tracking progress and performance.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project metrics, and progress.
- Proactively anticipate issues and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Domain Expertise & Technical Understanding:

- Leverage expertise in AI, LLMs, and data analysis to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Guide and support teams in prompt engineering and AI data analysis, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for technological enhancements and efficiency improvements in AI-related workflows.

Performance Management & Costing:

- Develop and implement performance management frameworks for both teams and projects.
- Manage resource allocation and budget adherence to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in team performance and project efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis (RCCA) as per project requirements.

Communication & Coordination:

- Facilitate clear, effective communication with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Provide structured updates to executives and management on project progress and team performance.
- Encourage a transparent and open communication culture within the team to drive engagement and efficiency.

Desired Skills:
PMP Certification: Required, with proven experience in large-scale project management.
- Experience Managing Large Teams: Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 150-200 individuals with multiple team leads.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Technical Expertise in AI & LLM: Experience in AI-driven projects, LLM prompt engineering, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar software.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing LLM, prompt engineering, and AI-driven projects.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling complex stakeholder relationships
