**job Description: Western Dance Teacher**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Choreography**:

- Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging dance classes tailored to students’ ages, skills, and interests.
- Teach foundational techniques, movements, and advanced routines in various Western dance styles.
- Choreograph performances for recitals, competitions, and school events.
- **Student Development**:

- Assess students’ abilities and provide personalized feedback to help them improve their technique and confidence.
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and physical fitness through dance.
- Motivate students to achieve their personal best while fostering a love for dance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe, organized, and energetic classroom environment.
- Ensure proper use of dance studio space and equipment.
- Establish and enforce behavioral expectations to create a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
- **Program Support**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating performances, events, and competitions.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects or showcase events.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in Western dance styles and incorporate them into lessons.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and administration about students’ growth and upcoming events.
- Promote dance programs and recruit new students as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 per week
