**Digital Marketing Freshers Required**

**Job Summary**:
You will work with a team of experienced digital marketers and collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other professionals to create compelling digital content, develop advertising campaigns, and optimize website content and design to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer behavior
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences
- Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers and web developers, to execute campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Report on campaign performance to senior marketing personnel

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital marketing landscape
