**Key Responsibilities**1. Administrative & Office Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for startups, mentors, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams.
3. Meetings & Event Management
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document **Minutes of Meeting (MoM)**.
- Track action points and ensure follow-up on decisions.
- Support in organizing incubation events, workshops, and delegations.
4. Research & Documentation
- Conduct background research and prepare briefs for the CEO.
- Assist in drafting proposals, reports, and policy documents.
- Compile startup progress reports, funding utilization reports, and presentations.
5. Operational & Incubation Support
- Assist in incubator day-to-day operations under CEO’s supervision.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support in grant documentation and compliance requirements.
**6. Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in **BBA, B.Com, BA English, or equivalent** (MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling tools**.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.
