**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and create a comprehensive database of architects, interior designers, and developers within the designated region.
- Introduce Woodium products and the company to potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the architectural and construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional campaigns and events.
- Achieve sales targets by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Gujarati languages.
- Ability to drive a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the architectural and construction industry in the specified region is a plus.
