- 10 - 14 years of experience in building and growing a distributed team of performance engineering with strong skills in scenario development, automation, optimization, load test execution, and result reporting.
- 1+ years’ experience in large scale global product launches through a scalable automated release pipeline workflow leveraging CICD workflows and automation workflows.
- To have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
- To have strong written communication, problem solving, process management, cross-team collaboration, and high customer empathy
- To have comfortable handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- To influence teams and groups outside your wider organization with your deep insight and strategic thinking.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Successful track record of instrumenting tools, automation, and processes at scale for frontend and backend Quality engineering activities (API, User journey, Load)

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of testing across different device types and operating systems such as Windows, OSX, iOS, tvOS, Android, Roku, FireTV, Xbox, Playstation, Tizen, and WebOS.
- **Tools** - ADB tools, Xcode instruments Ability to scout emerging industry trends such as AI testing and other best in class processes.

**Preferences**:
Jira API, Acceptance testing, QA Automation, Release Automation, Windows, iOS, XCode

**Responsibilities**:
