**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business through outbound calling and telemarketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Experience in business development, telemarketing, or outbound calling is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
