- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience as a service technician with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of low voltage systems and components.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles as they relate to electrical systems.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting various equipment types.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics effectively.
