**Job Summary**:
Lifero Skin & Hair Clinic is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Telesales Executive** to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our skin and hair treatment services, and converting leads into appointments. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and increasing the clinic's client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling & Lead Generation**:

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Generate leads and convert them into appointments for skin and hair treatments.
- Provide information about the clinic's services and answer customer inquiries.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of leads into appointments.
- **Customer Handling**:

- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide them with appropriate information.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Work towards increasing the clinic's revenue through effective telesales.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, customer details, and appointments.
- Use the clinic's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage leads and appointments.
- **Coordination with the Team**:

- Work closely with the front desk and clinic team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve services.

**Skills Required**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills** in Hindi/English (or local language).
- **Persuasive and Convincing Skills** to convert leads into customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good knowledge of skin and hair treatments (Training will be provided).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferable in healthcare/beauty/cosmetic industry).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
