**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver classroom training on **medical coding** concepts, guidelines, and processes.
- Train and mentor students with nursing/paramedical backgrounds for coding roles.
- Develop training modules, assessments, and learning material.
- Provide practical case-based learning using real-time scenarios.
- Ensure trainees achieve required accuracy and productivity standards.
- Stay updated with **ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS** coding guidelines and industry updates.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and continuous evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to improve training quality and curriculum design.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing** or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Minimum **2+ years of teaching/training experience** in nursing or medical coding.
- Certification in **CPC, COC, or CCS** (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor students effectively.

**Work Details**
- **Location**: Chandigarh IT Park
- **Work Mode**: Onsite (Work from Office)
- **Shift**: Day Shift
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays working)
