Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily operations and ensure implementation of best practices in receiving in the warehouse, preparing the orders, and planning and dispatching shipments.
- Monitor and ensure the preparation and storage of goods effectively.
- Ensure full utilization of trucks during planning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate metrics, reports, and process documentation for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency in logistics operations in terms of fleet and manpower planning.
- Contribute to business development by analyzing logístical problems and proposing new solutions.
- Supervise the reverse logistics operation.
- Derive plans to reduce spending while maintaining service levels to customers in the market.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned team members; assign workloads to team members to ensure a full cross-functional understanding of the operation.
- Manage quarterly physical stock counts including the preparation pre, during, and post the count.
- Observe health and safety regulations with support from the safety team and lead the safety agenda to the full team as per the planned safety agenda.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
