**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs for retail stores and other operational areas.
- **Field Recruitment Activities**:

- Travel to various store locations to conduct recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and on-the-spot hiring events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail talent for immediate and future requirements.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws in the hiring process.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Partner with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and field activity outcomes.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Represent Meena Bazaar at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related initiatives to promote the brand as an employer of choice.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in retail recruitment, with field recruitment experience preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
