- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- **2+years of experience preferably with an NGO or in relevant project management roles**

*Demonstrated experience in project management, budgeting, event planning, fundraising,
and partnership building

*Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grant writing and report writing

*Familiarity with local government structures and frameworks

*Ability to develop and execute strategic NGO programming plans with an outcomes
- oriented approach

*Experience with Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and social media
platforms

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

*Demonstrated understanding of social justice, equity, inclusion and project cultural
sensitivity

**Process - NGO VOICE PROCESS**

**Salary
- up to 50000/-**

**Location
- Sector 3, Noida**

**Office Timings
- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm**

**Working Days - 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)**

**Shift - Day shift**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
