**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Tally Prime software to record and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations by accurately calculating, reporting, and filing GST returns.
- Generate E-Way Bills for transportation of goods as per regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and process invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support various accounting tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Account Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software is essential.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and experience in GST filing.
- Familiarity with E-Way Bill generation procedures.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet daily deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in invoice processing and accounts reconciliation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
