**Role Overview**

Aaditri Housing Private Limited is a Guntur based real estate Company established in the year 2016, having its corporate office at Hyderabad and regional offices in Guntur, Vizag and Tirupati.

We are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Executive to be a part of our Documentation team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning within a professional and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Drafting and preparing **customer agreements** for ongoing real estate projects.
- Assisting in verification and compilation of documentation for clients.
- Uploading and updating **project information and documents** on the **RERA portal** as per statutory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of agreements and submissions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to collect necessary data for documentation and RERA updates.
- Supporting the documentation team in routine tasks such as filing, sorting, and labeling documents.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- Basic knowledge of documentation processes (real estate documentation preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet timelines and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**
- **0-2 years** of experience in documentation or a related role.
- Freshers with good MS Office skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
