The primary responsibility is to input, update, and maintain accurate data within databases, spreadsheets, and other digital repositories. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry software.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:Accurately input data from source documents into computer systems.
Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.

**Verification and Accuracy**:Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Detect and correct errors to ensure data integrity.

**Quality Control**:Perform quality checks on data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Ensure that data conforms to established standards and guidelines.

**Organization and Maintenance**:Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy files.
Retrieve and present data as required.

**Timeliness**:Complete tasks within established timeframes.
Prioritize work to meet deadlines.

**Documentation**:Maintain proper records of data entry activities.
Document any issues or discrepancies encountered during the data entry process.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.
Report any data-related issues promptly.

**Confidentiality**:Adhere to policies regarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Software Proficiency**:Utilize data entry software and other tools efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Telugu (preferred)
