**Individual Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to address academic, personal, and social issues affecting their performance and well-being.
- **Group Workshops**: Organize and facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as study skills, stress management, time management, and career planning.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations involving students, including mental health emergencies or behavioral issues.
- **Educational Planning**: Assist students in developing academic plans, setting goals, and making informed decisions about courses, majors, and career paths.
- **Referrals**: Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and external resources (such as psychologists or social workers) to refer students to specialized services when necessary.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for students’ needs and rights within the educational institution, ensuring fair treatment and access to resources.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions in compliance with privacy laws and institutional policies.
- Relevant counseling experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to establish rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with mental health issues affecting students and appropriate interventions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
