**Job Title: Customer support: Chat (Insurance)**

**Salary**: Up to 5.5 LPA (₹41,000 per month)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support via chat for international clients in the insurance domain.
- Address customer queries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions with customers, following established guidelines and processes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 2 years in an International Voice or Chat process (BPO experience is a must).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Pune (Hadapsar).
- **Work Schedule**: 5 Days working, with 2 Days Rotational Off.
- **Shift Timings**: 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
- **Notice Period**: Immediate joiners preferred.
- **Joining Batch**: Every Tuesday and Thursday.
- **Cab Facility**: 2-way cab service available.
