Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Assemble and install steel structures, including buildings and bridges.
- Lift and position steel components using cranes and other equipment.
- Ensure all structures are assembled safely and accurately.
- Work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Collaborate with welders, crane operators, and site supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
- Complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform quality checks on completed structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Follow project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of construction activities.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide support to other construction team members as needed.

BE/ME

Experience - 5 to 10yrs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
