Housekeeping Executive

The Housekeeping Executive at Seven Seas Hotel is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards in alignment with the hotels luxury service philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, linen management, and public area maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to ensure quality performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to manage room readiness and quick turnaround.
- Monitor inventory and request supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in the scheduling of staff shifts and duty rosters based on occupancy and operational needs.
- Ensure all housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and linen usage.
- Support sustainability initiatives and ensure environmentally friendly housekeeping practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a supervisory role in housekeeping, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and materials.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹12,166.24 - ₹24,946.55 per month
