Store In-charge

**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment; maintain proper inventory records; and support project operations through effective material management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct physical verification of stock periodically and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare and maintain material receipt notes (MRN), issue slips, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and invoice verification.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain records of consumables, spare parts, tools, and equipment issue/return.
- Track and control wastage and ensure scrap disposal as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and audit requirements in the store area.
- Support monthly and annual stock audits and prepare related reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers for timely material issuance as per work requirements.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce or Material Management).
- Certification in **Inventory / Store Management** is an added advantage.
- 4-8 years of experience in store management at construction, infrastructure, or industrial project sites.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
