Victor Traders is a 40-year-old trusted name in the bathroom and kitchen fittings industry. Under our brand **ZAP**, we serve thousands of customers across India, both online and offline. We are now hiring a **Retail Sales Executive** for our flagship store in **Old Delhi (Chawri Bazar)** to cater to a growing base of Tier 2 and Tier 3 city customers who prefer in-person purchasing.

**Role: Retail Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their bathroom fitting requirements
- Guide Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers through product options and combinations
- Recommend suitable fittings based on customer needs and budget
- Share pricing, offers, and warranty details confidently
- Maintain product display and ensure smooth in-store experience
- Coordinate with dispatch team for orders, packaging, and delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business

**Who Should Apply**:

- Prior experience in **bathroom/kitchen fittings** retail is highly appreciated
- Good communication skills in **Hindi**; knowledge of local dialects is a bonus
- Should be confident in handling price negotiations and product combinations
- Ability to build trust with semi-urban/rural walk-in customers
- Should be motivated, customer-friendly, and willing to learn

**Salary & Perks**:

- **Starting Salary**: ₹22,000 per month
- **Final Salary**: Based on experience and performance

**Timings**:

- **Working Hours**: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- **Weekly Off**:Sunday**
