Junior Interior Designer

**The Decorza Interiors** | **Nagpur**| **Full-Time**

**Role Summary**:
The Junior Interior Designer will work closely with Principal Designer on all phases of the design process, from concept development and space planning to drafting construction documents and project installation. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience and grow within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Senior Designers in developing initial **design concepts**, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents using **AutoCAD** and/or Revit.
- Create **3D models and renderings** using **[Specify software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.]** for design visualization.
- Research and source **furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E)**, finishes, and materials, and manage the sample library.
- Prepare and manage FF&E specifications, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Conduct **site visits** to measure spaces, photograph existing conditions, and assist with installation and styling.
- Coordinate with **vendors, contractors, and architects** to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
- Assist with general project administration, including filing, organizing project binders, and tracking budgets/timelines.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**:[0-2 years]** of professional experience, including internships, in an interior design firm.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Expertise in **AutoCAD** is required.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling (e.g.,**3ds max**, **SketchUp, Revit**).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (**Photoshop/ InDesign**) for presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (**Excel, Word**).
- **Knowledge**: Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, **space planning**, and materials.

- Strong verbal and written **communication skills** for interacting with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A high degree of creativity and a passion for innovative design.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
